Effective February 7, 2023 some payment methods will have a convenience fee from our third-party processing vendor. Utility Management Services does not receive a portion of this fee.

Pay by phone 24/7 Automated System
Call our 24/7 automated payment line at (530) 717-2600 or (866) 912-3692 and make a payment using your credit/debit card. A convenience fee will apply as shown above.
Pay by phone with a Customer Service Representative
Contact a Customer Service Representative 8am-4:30pm Monday – Friday using the number on your bill, and make a payment using your credit/debit card. A convenience fee will apply as shown above.
Pay with AutoPay
When you sign up for AutoPay, UMS will automatically withdraw the amount due each month from the payment method you choose:

- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Connect your debit or credit card. A convenience fee will apply as shown above.
- Checking or Savings Account: Deduct payments directly from your bank account. There is no fee for checking or savings payments, this option requires a voided check and set up is not available online at this time.
No Fee Processing Options
Shorten your monthly to-do list with AutoPay. UMS will automatically withdraw your payment from your checking or savings account with no processing fees.
Payment by mail is always an option. Please mail check or money order payments along with bill stub in the envelope provided.
