Ducor Community Services District serves the town of Ducor in Tulare County, California. It is overseen by an independent Board of Directors.
April 1, 2021: Ducor Community Services District held a hearing to enact water quantity rates on February 21, 2021, at 3 pm. Due to physical distancing requirements, the hearing was held via Zoom. As no protests were presented against the proposed new rates, the rates were approved at the hearing.

Important: Change to Water Restoration policy
The following policy is now in effect as decided at the September 20, 2016, DCSD Board meeting.
- Accounts needing water service to be activated or restored will be processed as follows:
- If UMS is notified before 4:30 PM, water service will be turned on the same day.
- All requests for water received after 4:30 PM will not be turned on until the next business day.
The Service Charge is a Readiness to Serve Charge which is applicable to all metered water service and to which is added the charge for water used, computed at the Quantity Rate below.
